Thais Dalla Zanna

Founder 

Thais is a Nutritionist, Yoga teacher trained in India and Brazil, and a massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. She developed the therapeutic method, MIR – Integrative Restorative Massage, and founded Yogalume, a yoga teaching platform. She has also developed online yoga courses for digital platforms, creating a range of classes for different levels and needs. Alongside her work in wellness, Thais has been a visual artist for over 30 years.  At its heart is Thais’s belief that true well-being emerges when body, mind, creativity, and purpose are given space to grow in harmony.

Rehnuma Tajbin

Ayurveda specialist

Rehnuma is an experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 15 years of teaching experience and extensive training in India and at Kripalu. She combines Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, nutrition, herbal remedies, movement, and self-care practices, with a special focus on women’s health, hormonal transitions, perimenopause, and menopause. Her mission is to empower people with practical tools and greater self-awareness to support healing, resilience, longevity, and well-being.

Magdalena Fiejdasz

Psycologist

Magdalena is a psychotherapist, psychologist, pedagogue, hippotherapist and dogotherapist. For over 20 years, she has supported people through difficult times and periods of crisis in their lives.

Among other things, she has facilitated a support group for women who have experienced domestic violence. Working with women holds a particularly special place in her heart.

She believes that when a space of safety, trust and connection is created, women can become a powerful source of support, strength and inspiration for one another.

Manuela Kollom

Yoga Therapist

Manuela is a yoga therapist and integrative mind-body practitioner, combining therapeutic yoga, inner work, NLP, constellation-based practices and emotional processing.

Her approach explores the connection between the body, emotions and mental patterns, helping people recognise what may be keeping them stuck and develop more supportive ways of responding.

At retreats, Manuela brings these practices together to support self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and meaningful, practical change that can be carried into everyday life.
